Get a clear and concise overview of today's weather in your city. How warm will it be this afternoon, will the UV radiation be over 3, and when can you expect snow again? TV 2 Vejr provides you with the answers.

Under the 'Radar & Map' section, you can track the movement of precipitation right where you are. Find out when the next shower will reach you, so you can grab your umbrella, postpone your bike ride, or simply move your plants to a sheltered spot in the garden in time.

What's the weather like today? What are the highest and lowest temperatures? How long is today's daylight? Is there precipitation expected, and will it be rain, snow, or sleet? What is the likelihood of precipitation? How does the weather look in your city?

By default, we show you the weather forecast for your current location, but you can also select a different city to view its weather either in Denmark or anywhere else in the world. Enter the city name in the search field or navigate via the map.

With TV 2 Vejr, you can easily check:

• Today's weather / city weather
• Temperature (both actual temperature and how it feels considering wind chill factor)
• Bathing water temperature / water temperature (summer only)
• Precipitation (rain, showers, snow, or sleet)
• Radar
• Likelihood of precipitation
• Wind speed and direction (and storms)

• Sunrise time at your location
• Sunset time at your location
• Weather alerts

Create and save your own locations for more precise weather forecasts by entering the address you wish to get the forecast from. It could be your home, summer house, or the venue for a family lunch over the weekend. You need to be logged in to save your locations. Only you can see these locations, and you can easily delete them if desired.

Share your weather photos with us by easily taking a weather picture with your phone and sending it to us directly from the app. You'll find the upload feature in the top right corner. To send a weather picture, you need to be logged in.

Weather News: Read the latest weather news for both Denmark and the rest of the world on the TV 2 Vejr app. TV 2's weather editorial team delivers daily articles about weather conditions and keeps you updated on today's weather and other exciting weather phenomena.

Push Notifications: You can subscribe to three categories of push notifications - Weather News, General Alerts, and Rain Alerts. Weather News provides notifications about important weather news, while Alerts inform you about special weather events such as storms, icy roads, hailstorms, or others.

You can also sign up for daily weather notifications based on your current location. Choose the preferred time to receive the forecast and select your location.

Weather Data: At TV 2 Vejret, our focus is on providing top-quality city-specific weather forecasts for Denmark. In the Radar & Map section of the app, we have radar data from DMI so that you can track where it's raining or snowing at present. TV 2 Vejret's forecasts are based on reputable and leading predictions from sources like DWD (the German Weather Service) and NWS (the US National Weather Service). Our forecasts are of high quality and regularly updated. Please note that our forecasts may differ from others like DMI or YR due to varying data sources. Furthermore, we calculate hourly precipitation probability displayed in percentages. We continuously strive to enhance weather data in our app to provide you with the best possible forecasts for all types of weather.
